Nature Practices

Nature practices are our way of discovering a personal connection with nature. We love the hiking and the exploring. But it’s also about the sitting, still and quiet, waiting for nature to recover from our disruption and to present it’s natural self again. It’s about immersing ourselves in nature and allowing it to flow through us. So these are just some of the fun ways we connect with nature more deeply.
